Paper submission now open

Paper submission portal for LAPC 2014 is now open.  Please visit Submit Paper for further details.

This year we have changed the paper submission process.  Your paper will now go through a 2 stage review process.  Initially you are only required to submit a 2-page summary paper.  If your summary paper is accepted, you will be asked to submit either an updated 2-page summary paper OR a full paper (length 3 to 5 pages).  You also have the choise to included or excluded your paper from IEEE Xplore.  This paper can be the summary paper or the full paper.  Full papers will go through a brief secondary review process before final acceptance/rejection notification is issued.  Please note, all accepted summary/full papers will be included in the USB conference proceedings even if they are not sent to IEEE Xplore.
