Exhibition Areas
Exhibition stands are still available for LAPC 2010. All the available stands are marked in blue and can be seen on this draft, scale diagram.

Please note that all the Poster Presentations take place in the centre of the five Exhibition Rooms. A quick look at the latest draft Conference Programme may help to explain delegate flow etc.

The LAPC event running at Loughborough University is Technically Co-Sponsored by both the IEEE and the IET. The conference is listed on both their events calendars. LAPC is also running in association with the AP-S, ESA, IMST, Metamorphose and EurAPP.

Building on the success of the conferences in 2005, 2006, 2007, 2008 and 2009, LAPC 2010 is expected to attract well over 150 national and international delegates who are R&D personnel from industrial companies, academia, research institutes and research centres. Burleigh Court’s expansion program has now been completed, giving increased Four Star accommodation and exhibition space.

The conference committee have reserved Expo space to accommodate 24 display stands. These are all co-sited with the poster session boards and the hospitality area to allow delegates to interact with exhibitors and presenters through-out the conference. Organisations specialising in software, equipment, products or services, who are interested in exhibiting at LAPC 2010 are invited to apply early.

We can offer space from the following rates:

Companies:
9m² - £959 + 17.5% VAT
6m² - £710 + 17.5% VAT

The prices INCLUDES delegate fees for two exhibitors, lunches and refreshments for both days and one copy of the conference proceedings in book and CD format. We will additionally give 2 free banquet tickets for sponsors and discounted tickets for ehibitors who book their accommodation at Burleigh Court. We can also give you a discounted accommodation rate. Any additional exhibitors will be charged for their attendance and meals and the organising committee must be notified well in advance. The cost of staying at Burleigh Court hotel is not included in the price. The stands will have 2 single phase UK 3-pin power supplies. Tables and chairs are available upon request. Exhibitors at LAPC are welcome to attend all Keynote and Invited Sessions.
