LAPC 2013 offers four types of registration packages. The Main Building (B&B) and Lodge (B&B) packages include heavily subsidised accommodation at the conference venue. Main Building (B&B)
- Access to all sessions over both days.
- Lunch and refreshments on both days (plus breakfast on Tuesday morning)
- Four Star accommodation at Burleigh Court main building on Monday Night (a choice of double, twin and accessible rooms available)
- Copy of conference proceedings on USB stick
Lodge (B&B)
- Access to all sessions over both days.
- Lunch and refreshments on both days (plus breakfast on Tuesday morning)
- Accommodation at Burleigh Court's Lodge on Monday Night. Lodge rooms are in a separate building a few metres from the main building. Rooms have a Queen size bed with an en suit bathroom. These rooms are slightly cheaper and smaller than the rooms in the main building. Available number of rooms are limited and are not suitable for double occupancy.

Day Delegate - 1 day

Extra accommodation:
Extra nights accommodation can be purchased online when completing the registration process. Delegates can book accommodation for Sunday 10th, Tuesday 12th and Wednesday 13th November. Rooms in the main building cost £77. Rooms in the lodge cost £57. Lodge rooms are limited, so please book early. If you wish to book accommodation of a longer stay at Burleigh Court Hotel, please contact us as soon as possible. Please note, room prices for nights other than Sunday, Tuesday and Wednesday may vary.
Banquet tickets
The conference Banquet is held on the night of Monday 11th November and tickets cost £10. These can be purchased online at the time of registration. Please note, we cannot guarantee tickets will be available for purchase on the day. The Banquet includes a drinks reception sponsored by CST, a 3-course meal, pre-dinner banquet talk, best student paper and non-student paper presentations and the James R James Lifetime Achievement Award. A ticket must be purchased for all delegate guests attending.
Accompanying guests
We are happy to welcome accompanying guests and partners. The additional charge for a guest sharing a room with a registration fee paying delegate is £26+vat (bed and breakfast) or £38+vat (dinner, bed and breakfast). Additional lunches for guests cost £15+vat per meal. Please contact us to arrange online payment.
It is the policy of LAPC that in order for a paper to be submitted to the IEEE Xplore Database, at least one author from the paper must register and attend the conference. There is no limit on how many posters one author can present.
Cancelation Policy: Delegates must contact us as soon as possible if they wish to cancel their booking. The following charges are applied depending on the date of the cancelation request.
10% fee applied to the total cost for cancelations made after the 20th September 2013
40% fee applied to the total cost for cancelations made after the 4th October 2013
65% fee applied to the total cost for cancelations made after the 18th October 2013
No refund will be offered for cancelations made after the 4th November 2013
No refund will be offered to delegates who have booked but do not attend the conference.
