For Authors with Accepted Papers

Congratulations on having your paper accepted for publication in the LAPC 2016 Proceedings.  All papers are presented as posters.  Information on how to format your posters is given below.     

Poster formatting details

All posters should be formatted in A0 size, printed in colour and in portrait format.  A0 size is 841 x 1189mm (33.11 x 46.81 inches).  Please ensure all graphics are printed with a high enough resolution (we suggest 300dpi or higher). 

LAPC are able to offer a A0 colour poster printing service for a charge of £15.00 (including tax).  If you are interested in using this service, please contact us.  Payment is taken online using credit/debit card.  Authors using this service should email us the A0 size poster (PowerPoint or PDF format) by the start of Monday 7th November. We cannot guarantee posters received after this date will be printed in time. Please ensure the paper size is set to A0 size and all fonts are embedded in the file.  We accept no responsibility if the print is poor quality due to poor quality graphics in the file.  The poster will be available for collection from the LAPC registration desk when it opens on Sunday evening. After that, posters can be collected from the registration desk at any time.  Please note, we are unable to provide a tube for the poster if you wish to take the poster home.
